1. Our Commitment to Local-First AI
ScalarOps is built on a fundamental promise: your data should verify, audit, and operate your business—not train public models. We deploy local Large Language Models (LLMs) that run within your infrastructure or dedicated private clouds.
2. Data Collection & Processing
When you use our services, we process:
- Operational Metadata: Statistics on workflow efficiency (e.g., processing time, error rates) to power your dashboard.
- Account Information: Business contact details for billing and access management.
We do NOT collect or store the actual content of your workflows (e.g., the text of contracts, customer support tickets, or financial records) on our central servers. That data remains on your local deployment.
3. Website Analytics
On our public website, our self-hosted Umami and ChiliTrack systems independently process pageviews and named interaction events. These include page URLs, referrers, basic browser and device metadata, CTA and outbound-link clicks, audit-funnel progress, and newsletter outcomes. The event calls do not include email addresses, free-text form contents, or proprietary workflow data. We use these measurements to understand and improve the website, not for advertising profiles. ChiliTrack uses only its core tracker here; performance monitoring, heatmaps, session replay, and browser-error capture are disabled.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data to brokers, advertisers, or third parties. We do not share your proprietary workflow data with model providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google unless you explicitly configure a "Hybrid" deployment model that requests it.
5. Security
All dashboard communication is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Local agents are containerized with strict network policies preventing unauthorized egress.
