1. Scope of Services

ScalarOps provides "AI Workforce Architecture" services, including the design, deployment, and monitoring of autonomous agents. These agents are tools to assist your human workforce, not replace legal or financial professional judgment.

2. Liability Limits on AI Output

While we implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) to minimize hallucinations, probabilistic AI models can make errors. You accept that:

• Human review is required for high-stakes decisions.
• ScalarOps is not liable for business losses resulting from unchecked AI actions (e.g., an incorrect shipping label or email draft).

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership of the data you feed into the system and the specific "Workflow Configurations" we build for you. ScalarOps retains ownership of the underlying "Agent Orchestration Engine" and reused utility libraries.

4. Termination

You may cancel your monitoring subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your local agents will continue to function but will cease receiving security updates and performance reporting.
